I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, even though it was a bit distant from the city. The service provided by Manager Anderah and the staff was top-notch, making my family and I feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, contributing to our overall satisfaction. However, being further away from the main attractions was a minor inconvenience during our trip.

The service was top-notch, led by Manager Anderah and her attentive staff, making our stay truly enjoyable despite being a bit far from the city. We were pleased with our time at the hotel, even though I didn’t get a chance to capture a moment with the manager before we left for Kota Kinabalu.

I chose this hotel since the city was fully booked, and it turned out to be a great decision! The service was tiptop, led by Manager Anderah and his fantastic staff, which truly made our stay enjoyable. While it is a bit of a distance from the city, the quality of service we experienced made it all worth it. The only downside was that we didn't get to take a picture with the manager before departing for Kota Kinabalu.
